All illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the Villa premises.

No smoking is permitted inside the room.

Please do not dispose any waste in the washroom or in the closet. Kindly use the wastebin provided.

Guests are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the check-out time of 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to Villa availability only.

Please switch off the lights after using the washroom.

Do not put tea powder or coffee powder inside the kettle when you are making tea or coffee.

Guests are kindly requested to avoid consuming food inside the room.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
